About Me

Jessica is a registered Psychologist, who is passionate about helping people create meaningful change in their lives. Whether that be through learning new coping skills, or seeing challenges in new ways. Her goal is to help you harness your personal strengths, and to help build the confidence you need to overcome your barriers to happiness.

 

Jessica has worked in community mental health, providing psychological assessment and treatment for a variety of mental health conditions. She has worked in a specialist anxiety disorders clinic which is a passion of hers, and  has also worked in the public health sector in both inpatient and outpatient settings in the DHB.  

 

In addition to being a Registered Psychologist, she is also a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society, The Institute of Health Psychologists, and the New Zealand Pain Society.
